Payment Methods Accepted

We accept the following forms of payment at Alexander Custom Cabinets; Certified Check, Money Order, VISA and Mastercard. 


We accept orders placed through our secure online ordering process.  

We accept mail-in, call-in,  faxed-in, e-mail and walk-in orders.  All orders will receive a response by Quote that will be delivered by mail, fax, in person or emailed to customer, based upon customer's preferences.   Quote will include charges for delivery, if applicable.  Orders will be delivered upon receipt of payment. 

Shipping Rates and Procedures

Alexander Custom Cabinets ships all US bound package orders via UPS, USPS ground or Carrier Freight.  Rates are based on current UPS, USPS ground and Carrier Freight rates, your zip code, and the weight of the product. 

All shipments require a signature at the time of delivery.   At the time of delivery, customer must inspect package for any signs of damage.  Damages and shortages must be noted by customer on delivery receipt.  Once customer signs for package, customer accepts responsibility that that item was received in good and acceptable condition.  Shipping and delivery charges will not be refunded should the item be returned.   Once signature delivery is received, all returns are subject to return freight charges and restocking fees.  

All damage must be reported immediately on freight and carrier deliveries and must have the damage noted on the delivery receipt.
All shortages must be reported immediately on freight and carrier deliveries and must have shortages noted on the delivery receipt.
If a shipment is refused, we reserve the right to charge the customer:
  1. a restocking fee of 20 percent
  2. outbound freight charges, and
  3. return freight charges.
Warranty / Guarantee Statement

Alexander Custom Cabinets warrants and guarantees that our products are, during normal use, free from defects in material and workmanship.  If this product does not function as warranted during the warranty period, contact Alexander Custom Cabinets or the Manufacturer (if it is not Alexander Custom Cabinets) for repair or replacement. 

Return Policy

Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund.  All items returned  for a refund are subject to a 25 percent restocking fee.  Customer agrees to pay for return shipping and freight charges.  

Return Procedure

Please call customer support at 919-526-0842 or email to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping address.   Please provide your name and original order number, the item and quantity you wish to return, and the reason you would like to return the product.

Package the product in original packaging with all the original parts and paperwork.  Mark the outside of the package with the RMA number and return shipping address.   Arrange for shipment of item through UPS, USPS ground, carrier freight, or other shipping method to the shipping address provided.  

The warehouse must receive the item(s) in the original condition and packaging, and in re-sellable condition.   A 25 percent restocking fee will be applied to the total purchase price and deducted from the refund due customer.
