Payment Methods Accepted

We accept the following forms of payment at Design Werks Cabinetry; Certified Check, Money Order, Paypal, VISA, Mastercard and American Express. 

Ordering

We accept mail-in, call-in,  faxed-in, e-mail and walk-in orders.  All orders will receive a response by Quote that will be delivered by mail, fax, in person or emailed to customer, based upon customer's preferences.   Quote will include charges for delivery, if applicable.  Orders will be delivered upon receipt of payment. 

Shipping Rates and Procedures

Design Werks Cabinetry ships all US bound package orders via UPS or USPS ground.  Rates are based on current UPS and USPS rates, your zip code, and the weight of the product. 

Warranty / Guarantee Statement

Design Werks Cabinetry warrants and guarantees that our products are, during normal use, free from defects in material and workmanship.  If this product does not fuction as warranteed during the warranty period, contact Design Werks Cabinetry or the Manufacturer (if it is not Design Werks Cabinetry) for repair or replacement. 

Return Policy

Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund.  All items returned  for a refund are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee, if the item has been used and must be sold as used. 

Return Procedure

Please call us at 919-249-5637 to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.   Package the product in original packaging with all the original parts and paperwork.  Mark the outside of the package with the RMA number and address package to  Design Werks Cabinetry, RETURN, 1019 Investment Blvd, Ste 105, Apex, NC  27502.
