QUOTES

Quotes are provided free of charge upon request, and generally include materials and installation as specified.  If the customer wants to provide materials, Design Werks Cabinetry may change an additional installation fee. 

FLOOR PLANS, DRAWINGS AND CABINET DESIGNS

Floor plans, drawings and cabinet designs related to a quote are the property of Design Werks Cabinetry.   Floor plans, drawings and cabinet designs may be purchased by the customer for a fee which equals 15 percent of the quote.  The payment for cabinet designs will be credited toward the contract price when the project contract is signed. 

PAYMENTS

A deposit amount of 50 percent of the project contract is required prior to Design Werks Cabinetry acquiring materials for the project. 

When the project is ready to be installed, and before cabinet installation begins, 40 percent of the project contract is due. 

The project contract balance is due, along with payment for change orders, when installation is complete. 

Payment is accepted in the form of cash, checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal.  Payments made with VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal are subject to an additional 3 percent processing charge.    Please send your checks or money orders to Design Werks Cabinetry, 1019 Investment Blvd., Suite 105, Apex, NC 27502. 

CHANGE ORDERS

 

INSTALLATION

All materials specified in the Project Contract shall be installed by Design Werks Cabinetry, or its affiliate.   If any materials are provided through any other means, Design Werks Cabinetry may change an additional installation fee, and will not warranty the materials. 

Design Werks Cabinetry may charge an additional $35.00 per man hour for tear-out of existing cabinetry, in preparation for installations.  

Design Werks Cabinetry is not responsible for and does not give any written or implied warranty for materials provided for and/or installed by any other company or individual. 

DISPOSAL OF MATERIALS

Design Werks Cabinetry is not responsible for the removal of debris caused by tear-out of existing cabinetry, in preparation for installations. 

Design Werks Cabinetry will remove material debris resulting from the work specified in the Project Contract.
